Great Features and Platform

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use. The interface is really intuitive. What do you dislike? It is kind of expensive compared to other options we had considered. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use ON24 to produce a monthly industry related webinar. It is a great tool to track leads and how they are interacting with our content.

What do you like best? Live chat support is a huge bonus to On24's existing features. Knowing I can access chat support to get quick answers and troubleshoot any problems gives me peace of mind when executing events. Their integration support team was also very prompt and super helpful when implementing upgrades to our account. What do you like best? The features of ON24 were very customizable. What do you dislike? It seems like we were sold on something that did not deliver. Feedback from the events team is that the webinar connection is unstable and would be constantly interrupted. The Pardot integration was more trouble than a benefit. What do you like best? The Elite Studio presenter's interface, the fact that it's all browser-based What do you dislike? There are some niggling improvements still to be made to Elite Studio, like the addition of avatars when not using camera and not having the producers shown for the audience. Excellent webinar system for delivering pre-recorded "live" and on-demand content!

What do you like best? LOVE that we can organize webinars well in advance, and finalize the pre-recorded content the day before. It ensures that we don't have technical/network glitches on the day of the "live" event, and if we want we can still roll to a live Q&A at the end. (Although live audio only, with a live webcam.)
