Have only been using it for less than a year but am extremely satisfied so far with it.
What do you like best? I like how Omnisend really walks you through how to create all of the automations / workflows and also gives you suggestions of workflows that would be helpful specifically for our business. I also find the dashboard to be very user friendly which is extremely important for me. What do you dislike? I do wish that there was a bit more in terms of design customization. A great tool to create emails
What do you like best? The layout of the site is very well thought out. Everything is easy to find. The ease of scheduling and the amount of options when scheduling auto emails is also helpful. Easy, Effective, and Affordable Email Service
What do you like best? In the past, I was using another well-known email service because a few of the podcasts that I listen to had recommended it. It was expensive and I was never able to get the tracking successfully installed on my website despite multiple requests for help. Easy to use, good support team
What do you like best? Easy to use to send some campaigns. Easy to design (beautifully) my emails Still haven't got time to play with audience segmentation but looks nice. What do you dislike? Automations triggers could be a bit more complex. What do you like best? Reactive Customer support and email automation , abandoned cart email for ecommerce What do you dislike? Limitation of the number of emails sent per month and the number of email templates What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great Experience So Far!
What do you like best? I like the fact that omnisend has so many templates for you to choose from and every step of the way it is very easy to use. What do you dislike? There isn't really anything I don't like about Omnisend at the moment. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Since beginning using Omnisend, I have managed to increase my cart abandonment checkout.

Use Omnisend!
What do you like best? I really like the templates that are provided, as well as the easy to use nature of the website What do you dislike? I made a mistake and paid for a monthly subscription instead of the yearly subscription and it was difficult to try to swap it to the correct one. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Omnisend has helped us to gain our sales by sending out emails highlighting our products

Pendo is a useful tool to manage multiple properties with excellent resource for owners.
What do you like best? I like how easy to use and integrate. It has amazing templates that I can customize. Also, pop-ups are great because they look amazing from the start. Everything is pre-loaded, so if you don't like to look at a blank screen, you can adapt the wording and it's there. What do you dislike?
