Omnisend meets all my needs at an affordable price!

What do you like best? Automation email drip campaigns are crucial and extremely powerful - utilize them! What do you dislike? Not much yet to dislike, would like the have "lists" back vs. only tagging, but that's minor What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving the ability to follow up with customers w/out manual attention - automation!

Exactly what I was looking for!!

What do you like best? I love how user-friendly Omnisend is. It has everything I need without being overly complicated. I love how smoothly it integrates with Shopify. What do you dislike? So far I have not found anything that I dislike! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? using omnisend me email marketing -

Didn't think I'd find another...

What do you like best? Coming from mail chimp, this platform is very easy to use. What do you dislike? So far so good, nothing negative I can say about it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Omnisend is very easy to set up and use, prices are great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Very helpful, no problems encountered yet.

Easy transition from Mailchimp

What do you like best? The platform is similar to mailchimp, somewhat intuitive and seamlessly integrates into shopify. But most excited about and happy with is the AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT! What do you dislike? Some things not sure how it will work/integrate with the notifications already provided by shopify...I will have to investigate more and ask for support when I'm ready to work on these aspects and workflows for communication with my customers. Easy to use

What do you like best? It's difficult to pick out any one thing to say what's 'best' about using Omnisend, it's just so easy to use and don't think about it, it just works with no headaches What do you dislike? It would be nice to have even more design aspects but you don't miss what's not there What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having used Mailchimp in the past this system just solved all the issue we was having with it

Easy to use and lots of features

What do you like best? very easy to use features, easy to edit and build campaigns to suit my brand. I have no coding experience so i find omnisend very easy to navigate. It was easy to switch from mailchimps as well, which was something i worried about when switching over. but i feel as though i definitely made the right decision switching as omnisend offers a lot more interactive features for me and my customers. Great for email automation

What do you like best? Being able to send abandoned cart emails and customer feedback requests has been a great addition What do you dislike? A great transition from Mailchimp

What do you like best? At first when setting up Omnisend it was very different from what I was used to with mailchimp. I noticed there were a bunch of great things that I wished Mailchimp had like the campaign boost that resends your email to people who didn't open your last email with a different subject line. What do you dislike? Not super intuitive, I wish I was able to connect my multiple shopify stores instead of manually migrating people over, and I cant use my own google ...

What do you like best? All of the tools that Omnisend provides are very helpful to my business. Creating an email design is quick and easy, and the automation campaigns take stress off of you and let you focus on other things. What do you dislike? I wish landing page templates could be more detailed and less about only signing up.
