Great features, easy to use

What do you like best? All of the options for automation, signup forms, the wheel of fortune option. It's an easy to use platform with a lot of options that I haven't even explored yet. What do you dislike? Not sure if there is as high of rate of delivery as I would like. I'm testing out other platforms to make sure. Also have been having trouble with the birthday trigger actually sending. I've tried to get help with this but doesn't seem to be working correctly. Recommendations ...

Awesome features and great support

What do you like best? This app is so easy to use. With so many amazing features. It has really been an advantage to my business. I would not use another mailing app. What do you dislike? The top end pricing is a bit expensive and difficult for a small business to afford What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to reach my target market quickly and efficiently and also able to see reports on the success of campaigns

What do you like best? Omnisend not only is a phenomenal platform, but their customer service is exceptional. So glad I found them and they've been a huge help for making my business automated without a robotic feel. What do you dislike? I honestly can't think of anything I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm still figuring out how to make a form that'll send them to payment afterwards.

What do you like best? Very clean interface, Omnisend allows you to implement workflows automation rather easily. Email templates are easy to use and quite design and customizable too. What do you dislike? Omnisend doesn't allow for split test into the workflows, which means you need to create a different workflow for each email segment -- annoying. What do you like best? I like that is super easy to create a campaign as design one email, love the way it integrates with my Shopify store so I can grab my products and place it in the mail. Also, you can segment your audience to broadcast to the right people. What do you dislike? Great for SMS and push notifications

What do you like best? I like that it has integrated SMS (text message) campaign options. Other mail services I have used didn't offer the option to send SMS. What do you dislike? Integration with WooCommerce is not as good as MailChimp.
