What do you like best? Ease of use, reasonable price point, clean look, both within the site itself and in the emails that I'm able to create using Omni. I haven't encountered any issues. Many features included, that could usually require using multiple platforms.

What do you like best? Automations are highly customisable, and have useful insights. What do you dislike? You cant see which customers made a purchase due to the automation. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have improved our automation significantly, and started collecting phone numbers through our sign up form.
