What do you like best? I like the templates for the auto emails What do you dislike? I dislike how I cannot view full reporting unless I upgrade. What do you like best? Ease of use, reasonable price point, clean look, both within the site itself and in the emails that I'm able to create using Omni. I haven't encountered any issues. I especially like that I have the option to send automations for only $16/mo. What do you dislike? Nothing thus far. Many features included, that could usually require using multiple platforms.
What do you like best? Automations are highly customisable, and have useful insights. What do you dislike? You cant see which customers made a purchase due to the automation. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have improved our automation significantly, and started collecting phone numbers through our sign up form.

What do you like best? How simple the platform is there isn't too much going on and it helps with setting up effective email sequences. This is my first time using email marketing properly and I came from MailChimp because they had banned my account for no specific reason. Great integration but poor technical offerings
What do you like best? It's extremely well integrated with Shopify, and everything syncs up together much better than competitior services like Mailchimp where I've experienced a lot of sync issues. What do you dislike? Pretty much all my emails get automatically flagged as spam or promotion. This is software-specific, because the same thing with the same emails does not happen with Mailchimp and Hubspot. As a result, the open/click rates on Omnisend are materially lower than that ...

What do you like best? It connects with Shopify to be able to pull product image and title/description to be put into emails. It has integrations with lots of other softwares What do you dislike? It lacks the ability to pull in important customer information and order information that can be used in the automated email workflows.
