What do you like best? What I like best about Omnisend are the multi-channel automation (email, text, A/B splits etc) and the brilliant, easy to deploy sign up forms. The system is allowing our company to quickly identify segments of our audience to better target them with the right product. This is producing more engagement & in turn, sales. Brilliant, clean email automation

What do you like best? I like the dashboard and how easy it is to see the number of new email and SMS subscribers as well as the sources of revenue, whether from Omnisend or other places. What do you like best? The SMS CAMPAIGNS AND AUTOMATIONS are my favorite components. What do you dislike? The packages. I’d like to be able to use SMS alone if I wanted to. Great integration but poor technical offerings

What do you like best? It's extremely well integrated with Shopify, and everything syncs up together much better than competitior services like Mailchimp where I've experienced a lot of sync issues. What do you dislike? Pretty much all my emails get automatically flagged as spam or promotion. This is software-specific, because the same thing with the same emails does not happen with Mailchimp and Hubspot. As a result, the open/click rates on Omnisend are materially lower than that ...
