What do you like best? The best thing about omnisend is the ease of usability + understanding of the software. When I was doing my trial, I did not even have to look through a guide, I literally could see right in front of me what I had to do! What do you like best? The user interface is very easy to use and the email funnels are easily customizable. It was incredibly easy to get up and running and I could instantly chat with support. What do you like best? What I like best about Omnisend are the multi-channel automation (email, text, A/B splits etc) and the brilliant, easy to deploy sign up forms. The system is allowing our company to quickly identify segments of our audience to better target them with the right product. This is producing more engagement & in turn, sales. Brilliant, clean email automation

What do you like best? I like the dashboard and how easy it is to see the number of new email and SMS subscribers as well as the sources of revenue, whether from Omnisend or other places. I also enjoy the heat map feature so I can easily see which links people are clicking on within my email messages. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the templates for the auto emails What do you dislike? I dislike how I cannot view full reporting unless I upgrade. Recommendations to others considering the product: Omnisend provides a complete Email marketing solution which includes email automations that are already setup. Great integration but poor technical offerings

What do you like best? It's extremely well integrated with Shopify, and everything syncs up together much better than competitior services like Mailchimp where I've experienced a lot of sync issues. What do you dislike? Pretty much all my emails get automatically flagged as spam or promotion. This is software-specific, because the same thing with the same emails does not happen with Mailchimp and Hubspot. As a result, the open/click rates on Omnisend are materially lower than that ...
