What do you like best? Prewritten emails helped me get up to speed quickly. Ability to add templates in other languages than English. Customer segmentation. Integration with Shopify. Customer support is fast and interacts via chat What do you dislike? Popup design is not responsive and feels outdated. Support for Polish is very limited. Intuitive, great functionality and good pricing

What do you like best? The ability to segment your list is vital, and Omnisend allows you to do that easily. By linking to your store (which is easy - we use Woocommerce), you can segment based on what people bought, when they bought, and a lot more that I haven't explored yet but plan to. What do you like best? The pre-created templates are my favorite. It makes it really easy to send a quick campaign. What do you dislike? Would love more graphic help for the layouts. Maybe the creation of animated gifs would be great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The automatic emails are very helpful.
