What do you like best? The automation of the work flow. It "free's" up my time from answering every order with confirmations and information. What do you like best? I like how simple it is to build a workflow and how well it integrates with my shopify store What do you dislike? I havent found any yet. I wish there was a built in preset form to use for "notify me when in stock". For example, when an item is out of stock, the customer would press "notify me when in stock" and a form from omnisend will appear. What do you like best? Customer support seems great, I like that my vendor has experience and is confident about it, and I love how easy to use it is. What do you dislike? I am starting to use Omnisend for my Shopify page and I am amazed at the power and usability. What do you like best? What I like most about Omnisend is the easiness of the platform, and the variety of tools. What do you dislike? For small businesses I find the price a bit high, sometimes is very difficult to pay $16 per month, specially in times like now. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Be closer to customers and try to reverse the sales that were abandoned in the cart.

Using Omnisend has been a positive experience. There was no frustration in figuring out how to use.

What do you like best? I was using another email provider and was very frustrated in trying to figure out how to use, after three months I switched to omnisend. Best Automation System for the price!

What do you like best? email marketing automation and the sms text messaging. I love how it shows the ppl who signed up that day, or any given day. It has great reporting.
