What do you like best? Pricing structure is great. Automations, workflows and segmentation making targeting specific newsletter subscribers very easy. What do you dislike? It can be overwhelming when first starting out but once you figure it out, the service is invaluable What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The user design is really easy to follow, email automation setup seems like it should be the same. It seems like we'll be able to map out our entire email automation fairly easily as well. What do you dislike? The SMS feature i'm not sure how to use or if I should be paying for a more premium plan with more SMS coverage included. I love Omnisend! Perfect alternative for Klaviyo
What do you like best? I switched to Omnisend for the automation which is powerful. Not quite as powerful as Klaviyo from what I can tell, but they kept all of the features I'll actually use and cut the fat from the other features I never used. What do you dislike? I haven;t gotten enough experience with this Omnisend but I will update in the future.ll What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Email and SMS marketing has been really working good for me What do you dislike? In their application, its not that easy to understand in begining. It took me while to understand it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Instead of paying huge money to other marketing companies, I find OMNISEND is quite affordable.

Make your marketing life just a little bit easier.
What do you like best? What I enjoy the most is the ability to automate my messages to my new subscribers as well as my abandoned carts. I find being in front of people makes the difference. I also like the simplicity of the dashboard, showing me all the metrics in one area.
