Best Way to do GTD
What do you like best? OmniFocus is a very sophisticated piece of software, but it still is very easy for me to use. I use it for any kind of list I need to keep track of. Obviously I use it for normal tasks like what I have to accomplish for my projects at work, but I also use to to keep track of what groceries I need to buy and even what questions to ask our doctor next time we have an appointment. OmniFocus is amazing.
What do you like best? I like the fact that I can enter projects and tasks on my computer and access them through a cloud-based (free) server on a very intuitive graphical interface on my iPad. The iPad interface, in particular, is extremely user-friendly. Another feature I really like is the "Context" field you can assign to tasks. I can filter by this field when I am out in my car, or have access only to my phone, and easily find the tasks that I can accomplish while in this context. ...
