The ability to revise and customize fields provides great options/ways to setup a CRM system to meet your needs. The support team has been very supportive. Additionally, I have found the online help provides good information and there are a number of YouTube videos. What do you dislike about OfficeClip Contact Manager? What do you like best about OfficeClip Contact Manager? Can easily assign activities to any individual contact, then later pull up that contact and see all activities that have been assigned to just that contact. Can set alarms to remind me that a meeting or other activity is coming up. What do you dislike about OfficeClip Contact Manager? Sometimes deleting an activity bumps you our of the screen you are on.
