Har fornyet abonnement. Søgte at kontakte MS for at vide hvorfor deres pris er 150 over bedste tilbud. Hørte aldrig noget. Valgte at forny via MS for at undgå opstart fra ny, men skulle alligevel starte forfra med download og ny oprettelse. ØV. Søgte at bestille tid til kontakt. Bliver ringet op af en computer tre dage efter den aftalte tid, der fortæller at jeg har aflyst?? Firmaet kan ganske enkelt ikke kontaktes. Jeg har endnu ikke oplevet en service der er så uigennemtrængelig.

Es ist schon das beste Office aber, Ich hatte noch nie den Fall das ich ein Office normal installieren konnte jedesmal musste ich Office per Telefon aktivieren. Es ergibt noch keinen Sinn das die Internetaktivierung sagt das ich es nicht aktivieren kann, aber bei der Telefonaktivierung funktioniert es dann, ist irgendwie widersprüchlich.

very rude! Incompetent

I talked to a Office support and She is very rude! Incompetent! It's like she doesn't have any interest on helping me in my concern!!! I never thought that a Microsoft Support is like this. I was so Disappointed on this kind of service. I was asking her on my concern and she just replied me "Thank you for your time"!!!! NOT HELPFUL!!!! I would never recommend this Support Kimberly N. She is an Awful Support!!!! I can give a Zero Star I will!!!!
