What do you like best? Sharepoint and Office calendar are great ways for sharing info between coworkers. Highly recommend by everyone I talk to. What do you dislike? Very poor support from Microsoft

In the past Microsoft have encouraged you to stack subscriptions to Office 365 so that you have one ready once your previous subscription expires. Now it seems that they are more interested in making you sign up to a recurring payment at an amount much greater than you can pay to buy an extra year from a retailer.
