A must have for a company that needs collaboration and users that need

What do you like best? Microsoft office 365 brings Microsoft word into a new level of experience that I cannot get enough of. Being able to use on my phone, my iPad, and attach the accounts to my local copies of office as a point of integration is a large plus for me. The file management of one drive is very versatile, straightforward, and very beneficial in many of the situations that myself, and many parts of my team has encountered. I am a fan of the real-time collaboration that ...

Great for organizational purposes

What do you like best? Sharepoint and Office calendar are great ways for sharing info between coworkers. Highly recommend by everyone I talk to. What do you dislike? I do wish there were better filters for spam or unwanted mail. My email is often littered with spam. Sharepoint is hard to access by smart phone. Recommendations to others considering the product This is a great product that comes highly recommended from nearly everyone you talk to. It's simplicity of use and great ...

Powerful & Feature Packed Tool for Small Business!

What do you like best? I like that this software can be easily downloaded on multiple computers throughout the office, with the subscription plan. Upgrading every year gives peace of mind that we always have the latest version running. The support received from Microsoft is beneficial when you're a subscriber and easy-to-use with the Chat feature. You get all the programs, including OneNote and Publisher, which didn't use to come standard with the purchased Office program before that came ...

Office 365 offers many services for enterprise users

What do you like best? I primarily use Outlook and Excel for work as part of the Office 365 subscription through work. Outlook is a nice full featured email client with a lot of features to communicate with your team and connecting to the company email directory is a great addition so you don't have to remember each and every email address. What do you dislike? Excel is difficult to use in the sense that it can be terribly slow loading certain spreadsheets that depend on a lot of ...

Very poor support from Microsoft

In the past Microsoft have encouraged you to stack subscriptions to Office 365 so that you have one ready once your previous subscription expires. Now it seems that they are more interested in making you sign up to a recurring payment at an amount much greater than you can pay to buy an extra year from a retailer. It seems that stacked subscriptions can just “disappear” and Microsoft support go to incredible lengths to avoid reinstating lost subscriptions even though it is easy to see that, ...
