What do you like best? Microsoft's 365 platform works seamlessly between applications, and their web-based applications are just as good as the local programs. What do you dislike? The price is high, but you get what you pay for. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Business processing; using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint on OneDrive. Also using specialized software such as forms to connect people in the field to these apps.

Best office suite out there!

What do you like best? It's all encompassing. I don't have to go anywhere else to access everything I need from word processing to data analysis using excel. A good email client with minor isses

What do you like best? I think it's the easiest to use email client I tried in my professional life. Way better than Thunderbird, for sure. What do you dislike? I don't the way it renders html emails (I do email marketing for a living) and GIFs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communicate with the world?!

What do you like best? Nothing, it's slow, full of issues, lacks main features of classic office suites What do you dislike? Takes the previous Office product suite to a new level of customizability and ease of use.

What do you like best? The ability to have all Office products under an easy to access suite available anywhere. What do you dislike? Sometimes being almost completely in the cloud can result in inconsistencies or problems with saving data. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collaboration between team members is now much easier along with the capability of accessing your data from anywhere.
