What do you like best? Being able to use Word and Outlook have been the most helpful and also being able to add it to any computer. Also, Microsoft has come a long way with being able to add a user or software to a computer. It was so easy to install word on my laptop. You just log-in to Office 365 and then download. Ensure that you have a PC with a decent specification when using O365

What do you like best? It is a cloud application. I can access my files anywhere without bringing any USB stick. The UI is user friendly and anyone can use it. The service is available on most platforms and can be accessed through a browser. What do you dislike? You really have to upgrade your PC when using this service. It consumes a lot of resources. What do you like best? The UI is much cleaner than it used to be. What do you dislike? You can not simply duplicate a file – Rather you have to do “Copy To” then you have navigate (from the root every time) to the folder you want. You can not copy to the current location.
