"Good ticketing tool"
What do you like best about Odoo CRM? The most seful thing that I found is that I can easily create tickets and add events in the ticket, like if we have a meeting or some discussion or any event apart from thether the ticket is pending with user or vendor. That is updside of using Odoo and it really give much insight in tracking.

What do you like best about Odoo CRM? Drag & Drop Feature on the Dashboard for each Phase but there should be some limitations like Validations etc. What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?
