From the start of the free trial till…
From the start of the free trial till now 6 month with octorate, I've nothing but very happy. Mr Riccardo at first was professional, patient , friendly and very dedicated to help out. The training was easy, adjoining videos made it a lot easier. The system itself after using it for 6 months proved to be effective and efficient. Minor problems were taken care of immediately by the help team ( Melissa and Fran ) many thanks to them . And definitely I'm happy and looking forward to renew

Whilst I hadn't heard of Octorate before they are competing with so of the market leaders and based on our needed (circa 100 properties) are the leaders in our eyes. The team are friendly and helpful and I find them flexible with dealing with out needs and have found ways to get the system to do what we need through the development team.
