The software UX is not very intuitive…
The software UX is not very intuitive and accessibility to help needs to be improved. Also it would be helpful if you could select which profiles to import from a list rather than the system taking the first ones. Means you have to start multiple lists on LinkedIn.

Powerful tool. Campaign creation can be improved
Octopus provides great functionality. The phases of the campaign are well designed. The creation of the campaign and linking the steps however, took me to contact Tech Support a few times. I believe it can be made more intuitive and easier to implement.
