Easy tu use and quick support service
I am very happy with this software, I have been using this software for a couple of years with the professional version and it is not very expensive but it works really well. We have used it in several studies and researches and it is easy to use without knowing programming nor coding. Moreover, when you have a doubt, there is an assistant in the support service that answers quickly.

Unauthorised payments taken and poor customer service
Would not reccomend no response to support requests and despite cancelling with the software unathorised payment taken from paypal

User-friendly and works!
User-friendly, no-code tool for web scraping. I was able to accomplish what I was trying to do (scraping Google play store for mental health apps). I used a free trial in order to use some of the paid features, and was able to successfully unsubscribe before being charged. I also found the customer service satisfactory.

Octoparse is very user friendly and has ready-made templates to use which saves a lot of time. The customer service team is very responsive and helps fix any bugs the templates may have usually within 24 hours.Octoparse also provides customization and support for any scraping projects you may have for additional fee.Overall, i really like using Octoparse as it makes my scraping tasks easy and fast.
