Horrible service and difficult to cancel the trial period, no confirmation of cancellation, reminder emails for subscription renewal. For this reason alone I cannot recommend Octoparse.

Be very careful with the "free trial"

Be very careful with the 'free trial.' I was charged $119 when it ended, even though I never used the paid features. I contacted support the same day – within minutes – asking for a refund. Request denied. Their policy: once charged, no refunds, period. I learned the hard way.
