"The right platform for today and the future"

What do you like best about Occupier? Lease administration software has existed for a long time. But Occupier has built this from the broker's perspective in mind, and how we speak to our clients. But what I really like best is the deal management side of Occupier. Brokers have needed a solution like this for years (our clients want insight into how the deal moves through the funnel) but it will be even more important as we move forward.

What do you like best about Occupier? The ability to have all of my client deal information and documents all stored in one repository, with critical date reminders and deal management, is a HUGE timesaver and tackles a big issue for commercial brokers who don't have their own lease administrator.

What do you like best about Occupier? The ability to organize and store all transaction documents and activity in one environment/platform is incredibly efficient. Instead of searching email history for attachments or shared drives for proposals, surveys, analysis, leases, amendments, cad files, plans etc, they can all be uploaded, organized and stored in one eco system and shared with multiple team members and clients in real time. I have not even begun to benefit from the task reminders ...

What do you like best about Occupier? Occupier is great for keeping all your important lease details in one place. It's really helpful being able to pull up details like price/sq ft, security deposits, etc at the click of a mouse.
