What do you like best about Occupier? Occupier has organized our lease portfolio and allowed us to adopt ASC 842. The Occupier team is open to feedback and is quick to implement updates.

What do you like best about Occupier? I primarily worked within the lease accounting space, and I love that you don't have to be an ASC 842 expert to accurately measure leases. Occupier does the heavy lifting for you! The ease in which the lease information flows into the accounting section is incredible. Additionally, there is so much functionality to help the real estate teams with keeping track of lease expiration dates, modifications, etc. It's a great tool for all parties involved!
