What do you like best about Observe.AI? Observe.AI is like an all in one interface since this already has the recording and evaluation form in one interface. What do you dislike about Observe.AI? The transcriptions in Observe.AI are inaccurate. What problems is Observe.AI solving and how is that benefiting you? It has solved the problem with opening multiple screens. Thus, work can be efficient with Observe.AI.

I like how the platform enables the users to navigate through calls and leads efficiently and it helps users find information related to their work easily with the use of its call tags function. What do you like best about Observe.AI? The functionalities are good and the search engine works alright. I evaluate Medicare Advantage calls with this tool and having multiple options to search is convenient. What do you dislike about Observe.AI? The transcriptions needs a lot of work. "Simple but intuitive system for Speech Analytics."
What do you like best about Observe.AI? How easy it is to build out the moments in the system. What do you dislike about Observe.AI? The lack of creativity within the moments. There's not a way to save a moment within a moment to be able to drill down to certain calls. What problems is Observe.AI solving and how is that benefiting you? How we can keep track of the evaluations in the system. Coaching sessions are great in the system. Hoping for more improvements in that aspect.

Once integrated, observe as helped us identify calls which met certain criteria by keyword, automate elements of our call QA process and have helped our compliance teams review calls quickly and easily. What do you dislike about Observe.AI? Like all translation services, the system learns over time and doesn't always transcribe technical terms correctly, so they don't appear in search.
