What do you like best about Observe.AI? The time breakdowns. It helps locate certain area of the call better. What do you dislike about Observe.AI? Nothing. Its a great system and I enjoy using it on a daily basis. Recommendations to others considering Observe.AI: Observe.AI is a great user friend program . What problems is Observe.AI solving and how is that benefiting you? Instead of re-listening to the call, can just read it.

"I am happy with aspects of the product but feel some features need to be added to improve it."

What do you like best about Observe.AI? The Moments feature makes it easy to visualize the different parts of a call at a glance. What do you dislike about Observe.AI? There's no simple way to export data for reporting purposes. What problems is Observe.AI solving and how is that benefiting you? It's helped to solve the problem of the limited amount of calls we can get information about with a manual review process.

What do you like best about Observe.AI? Observe.AI is helpful because it is easy to locate the information you are looking for. What do you dislike about Observe.AI? I haven't found anything to dislike about observe.AI What problems is Observe.AI solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to locate the information im looking for and also able to read the conversation between a customer and our agent. that is a nice benefit.

What do you like best about Observe.AI? It allows me to go straight to specific parts of a call and focus on whatever part I prefer to listen. What do you dislike about Observe.AI? It takes several hours for calls to appear and in some cases all calls are not showing. What do you like best about Observe.AI? the one thing I like best is the transcription even though they are not 100% accurate. What do you dislike about Observe.AI? I dislike the default dates are not the most recent, I dislike how sometimes not all inbound calls appear, I also dislike how when looking for an account you have to reload the page in order for it to be located.
