I bought a store that used the oberlo basic app. Because I was just starting out i changed the plan to the starter plan, which is supposed to be free. Well, it was not. For 10 months they have been charging me for the basic plan. I contacted them and told them there must be a mistake, i have had the free plan since i Bought the store. they are very good liars however and managed to gaslight me and are saying that their records are different. We are extremely disappointed with their chat service, we were waiting since about 2 hours to get a problem solved but unfortunately no success!
