Tanner was very efficient with the order, and communications regarding the delivery. When ordered, they gave me an approximate delivery date. When the day neared, they called and set up the delivery. What do you like best about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner? Even without making a follow-up, timely communications are crucial for every customer to learn more about their orders. With this communication, the provider built trust with the end users and credibility. Regardless of whether the information is good or negative, the way it was delivered ensures customer satisfaction. Better if the supplier can offer an alternate product in place of, say, an out-of-stock one.
