What do you like best about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner? It is a great user experience, the opportunity to be recognized and change the points for valuable items I liked most. Easy to use the platform to redeem points and professional customer support in case of any incident to solve as quickly as possible.

"Easy redemption for giftcards"
What do you like best about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner? Redeeming points for e-giftcards is very easy. Once I accidentally redeemed for a physical giftcard and contacted support, who were quickly able to cancel and refund the points back to me.

What do you like best about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner? There is a wide variety of options when selecting rewards to redeem points. Although I don't take advantage of every category, it is still nice to have a wide array.
