Tanner allows businesses to use their software program as a way to provide employees with recognition "points" to redeem for real items, whether physical gifts or gift cards. O.C.Tanner is able to meet all of the requirements for our worldwide program with combinations that customize by setting up separate global programs by regions and still meet our price points.
