What do you like best about Nutshell? Simple integration with Google, forces me to enter results of meetings (this is good - everyone else on team needs the info), works on iPhone & iPad, minimal setup. $!0 pp/mo. And lovely, responsive customer service, even to idiot CEOs. What do you dislike about Nutshell? "Nutshell CRM as a viable alternative to SalesForce.com"

What do you like best about Nutshell? When we were evaluating CRM's the one deciding factor between Nutshell and SalesForce came down to spin up time and price. Nutshell wins on both counts (by a huge margin). Salesforce was 10 times as much per month for what we wanted and they wanted development dollars to upload our ERP data.
