What do you like best about Nutshell? Customer services is amazing, great to work with. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Our company doesnt use it as much as we should, I think followup to companies that are underuzalizing it would be great. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? "Nutshell Review"
What do you like best about Nutshell? It's simple, and easy to use. I like that everything is where I need it to be. Also the tagging system, with the different hiearchies (leads, companies, people) is also very useful to organize contacts. Lastly, I like the Leads Board and all the filterable options that come with it. "Easy to use and integration is fairly intuitive"
What do you like best about Nutshell? I love the way it integrates and helps me remember the items that are pressing. I use it to input data about 3 times a week just to get the ease of the reminders. The software is intuitive and the implementation into my environment had almost nonexistent set up for me. What do you like best about Nutshell? As a marketer, data is everything! Our team has absolutely loved how easy it is to segment, filter, and analyze our sales data in a user-friendly way. I appreciate that Nutshell is staying up-to-date by adding in a client email campaign feature, too. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Hm. "User-friendly and cost effective!"
What do you like best about Nutshell? My favorite feature in Nutshell is tracking customer communication and activities - I can see exactly when I sent samples, what our last communication was, and who is leading the account. For communication and activity tracking, as well as people tied to each account, it's very easy to use and see progress. It was also pretty simple to setup, and customer support has been phenomenal. "Intuitive"
What do you like best about Nutshell? Navigation around the interface is quite intuitive relative to other CRMs. Appreicate the mapping feature. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Somewhat limited in the depth of capabilities for more complex organizations. Better fit for small businesses. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? "Nutshell = perfect CRM, pipeline management and email marketing platform for very small businesses"
What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell doesn't have all the bells and whistles of Hubspot or Salesloft, and that's the point. It is a straightforward pipeline management/ CRM that can replace most of your average VSB owner's convoluted stack, for a low price. Their customer service is quick and helpful. What do you like best about Nutshell? It is easy to add a person or business and then to search the contact when needed. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I don't use all of the functions, but what I do I like. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Nutshell holds all of our business contacts which we pull email lists from.
