"Nutshell has b been transformative for our business"
What do you like best about Nutshell? Our favorite part about using Nutshell is the language they use. There are tons of other business-y features I could identify, but it's rare to find a CRM or sales tool that respects people the way that Nutshell does. We value our client relationships at a super high level, so referring to them as leads or some other thing other than "human" is no good. What do you dislike about Nutshell? If I had to identify one thing we dislike, building a sales ...

"Gets it done and simple to use"
What do you like best about Nutshell? The design of the program is great and easy to use. There are lots of ways to export reports and easily perform searches. The setup is fairly straightforward and one of the best features is the ability to share things with other users/teams. Nutshell is divided into People, Companies, and Leads. You can set up processes for your leads with very detailed actions along the way. An example of that would be once a contact is made the ownership of the lead ...

"Customizable and flexible"
What do you like best about Nutshell? Any CRM is going to take a little bit of adjustment, but I have thoroughly enjoyed familiarizing myself with Nutshell over the last few months. Contacts and company information is all easy to lay out and will automate any addition information it can add (ie adding tied github, linkedin, twitter, etc) info to contacts.
