"Customizable and flexible"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Any CRM is going to take a little bit of adjustment, but I have thoroughly enjoyed familiarizing myself with Nutshell over the last few months. Contacts and company information is all easy to lay out and will automate any addition information it can add (ie adding tied github, linkedin, twitter, etc) info to contacts. "Nutshell CRM Review"

What do you like best about Nutshell? We initially decided to give Nutshell a try due to the fact that it solved many problems that our current CRM faced. One of those issues was the lack of mobile accessibility. We have salesmen who are constantly on the road traveling and need access to our database in many situations. "Great for Me"

What do you like best about Nutshell? As a newcomer to CRMs, Nutshell is pretty straightforward and easy to understand. I really enjoy the dashboard feature we can display in the office so everyone can see how our pipeline is doing. I also love the "Scan business card" feature which makes networking so much better. "Nutshell... in a nutshell."

What do you like best about Nutshell? Integration with email. This gives clarity to anyone looking for information and conversations other co-workers may have had with customers. What do you dislike about Nutshell? No ability to attach files in email forms. "Great CRM"

What do you like best about Nutshell? The ability to track team activity, progress, tasks in real time with incredible flexibility. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The inability to assign probabilities of success to different stages in the sales process. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting of the less reliable method of excel spreadsheets.

What do you like best about Nutshell? That I can import many contacts and keep better track on email conversations What do you dislike about Nutshell? I'm still trying to find my way around a bit. Recommendations to others considering Nutshell: It's a good product to gain more control of your contacts. I like that I can attach files and links to contacts too. "Uncompromising time saving CRM tool"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell really helps me to stay organized. I like that I can set up a process and it will auto assign tasks for each of the new leads I add. This ensures that I don't drop the ball, but it doesn't require me to set up a task schedule for each individual lead I add. "A good system if you know exactly what you want"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the fact that you can customize it to fit whatever needs you have, and the versatility to change when needs change. What do you dislike about Nutshell?
