What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is great at keep track off all my opportunities. I love being able to customize and keep activity details for all the deals i'm pursuing. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I don't like how fields are input- sometimes in order to fill a form you must click into the deal completely. What do you like best about Nutshell? I've used and analyzed many CRM's out there as a consultant. I find Nutshell to be the easiest one to navigate (both on desktop and mobile versions), with a high level of customization ability. What do you like best about Nutshell? Simple and flexible. Our business is set up different than most, being able to set it up around what we need and how our sales cycle works is very reassuring. What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the user interface the best, as it is very intuitive, our salespeople love to use it. What do you like best about Nutshell? I love how organized it keeps me. I love how I can log activities in order to document my work. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I get confused trying to see the data report of my numbers. I have to navigate a lot to find it. Recommendations to others considering Nutshell: It will help you organize your contacts. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to track follow up calls and most recent correspondences.

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell makes working remotely easy and convenient. It has it's glitches but overall is very useful. I use it daily during the week, it is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I've used many other similar apps and Nutshell is the best so far. What do you dislike about Nutshell?
