"Easy to use CRM for small business. "

What do you like best about Nutshell? CRM does not have to be complicated or expensive. Easy to set up and get going. Nutshell makes using a CRM pretty straight forward. The interface does not lag and the UI/UX is good. "Better than others I've used, with a few flaws"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Emailing synching is an amazing feature I didn't know existed until I started using NutShell in my current position - I wish I had known about it years ago! What do you dislike about Nutshell? They make changes often to the system, and I'm sure they do a good job of communicating it to their users, but as someone in sales who is focused on quota, I don't always have time (or the inclination) to read their emails which means the changes can be surprising ...

"A decent product but not the best"

What do you like best about Nutshell? The customer service at Nutshell was very responsive. They were very gracious in responding to all our questions as we got set up. The design is sleek and intuitive. All the major functions of the product were easy to figure out. What do you dislike about Nutshell? "Great functionality, great price"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Easy to use, simple, interfaces with other products, good reporting capabilities. Nutshell makes it easy to manage leads and track contacts you've had as well as to-do items. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Sometimes it's hard to build reports with the exact fields I want. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Nutshell helps us keep track of contacts we've had. This is important with a sales cycle that can take up to a year.

"Inexpensive and good customer support"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Much improved dashboards, plus good pipeline management features. Pretty flexible for adding custom fields. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Canned reports can be somewhat limiting. Not all the fields I want are always available as reportable fields or filters. "Great Way to Keep Track"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like NutShell since it is easy to use and is clean. I use this daily and it works wonders. I like the way I can use tags to break up my sales and information. What do you dislike about Nutshell? At some points It would be better to be able to update the time and location on map. i do notice that it is a hickup. Recommendations to others considering Nutshell: This software is easy to use and very inexpensive compared to other CRM's on the market.
