"Nutshell in a Nutshell :)"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I really enjoy the easy access that I have to be able to search for clients as well as the documents that go with the client. What do you like best about Nutshell? I like the ability to organize successfully and keep track of open and won leads. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I dislike that you removed the text box that showed up on the actual webpage for responding to e-mails and that the only option is a pop-up e-mail box that covers the page. "Does a great job for the price"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I usually use it as an admin. It has ample settings for users. What do you dislike about Nutshell? It saves new contacts by default, which means sometimes we get confidential emails in the system for all to see. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? "Nutshell Duplicate suggestion spoils the whole experience"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is a good CRM software which comes with a major drawback. Features like tagging, location on maps, leads section, mailing systems are on point. What do you dislike about Nutshell? They seriously need to drop their duplicate suggestion feature. What do you like best about Nutshell? I really like that its so user friendly - the pipelines and automated sales tracks really helps make things streamlined What do you dislike about Nutshell? It's quite confusing initially to figure out where to go to make changes to the configurations of the system itself but once that is done its not so bad.
