PROS: Nutshell is very user-friendly and works best on any platform, as well as any mobile device. CONS: Nutshell tends to focus on what they think the user experience should rather than what it actually is, causing a sense of disconnect in some instances and not focused on fulfillment.

Easy data entry that helps us focus on new leads/contacts

PROS: Nutshell makes it easy to enter data/info, allowing changes in a field with just a quick click. I also like its automataed task workflows, which it offers at no extra cost, as well as the goal-setting feature and the dashboard counter that shows progress vs. a goal tally. the iPhone app is pretty good and customer service is great. CONS: I think it lacks social media integration and I'm not a fan of referring to potential deals as "leads"; I just think "deals" should refer to actual ...

PROS: What I love about Nutshell are the great features for sales, services and products, with which you can easy manage the tasks and the leads. I would recommend Nutshell to everyone. I am very satisfied with their support team, they are available at any time to help you to solve the problems you may have. CONS: This application is very young and I believe they are doing their best to work on every issue.

Focusing on being the best CRM that addresses our needs

PROS: Nutshell is easy to use, with great functionality, and its value is top-notch. It does a great job of storing the information we need, making it easy as well to make notes, compare customer and lead reports, communicate with prospects, and update information on the go so we can turn those leads into paying customers. CONS: Sometimes I have to do a bit more navigation to get the lead reports that I want. But now I have all my frequently used reports bookmarked.
