What do you like best about Nutshell? We like the flexibility in Nutshell to set up a pipeline for tracking prospects. We have some peculiar needs in this regard so being able to customize to our specific environment is great. And it is easy to change when needed. What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? I love that Nutshell helps me to structure my day and make the most of my time. I always start my day by checking my Dashboard to see what I need to be doing. What do you like best about Nutshell? The most helpful part of Nutshell is its accommodation of our large database of contacts. We rarely run into issues even though we have over 400,000 contacts.
