"Simple CRM, Wonky Attribution"

What do you like best about Nutshell? It is easy to add contacts, notes on them, and where they stand in the lead process. It's also easy to update them to change out whether they're quality or not, they've been won (and for how much), and so forth. Great overview overall. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The bugs. "Too much useless stuff"

What do you like best about Nutshell? A lot of info can be shown. Seems like you can customize the main screen alot. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Very unorganized. The whole screen looks way too crowded What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Good for tracking sales prospects.

"Great Lead Management System!"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Able to mass email all leads in the system. What do you dislike about Nutshell? No dislikes other than the fact that trying to add a lead using the mobile app seems like it could be easier What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Lead management between 6 district locations. Able to follow up by email contained in Nutshell were it keeps records.

"Not user friendly. It takes a long time to learn to use everything"

What do you like best about Nutshell? organized and helps keep pipeline full at all times, we can see where we need to focus our attention as far as setting appointments and following up What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? I used and analyzed in many CRMs as a consultant. I believe Nutshell to be the easiest to navigate, both in desktop and mobile versions, with a high level of customization ability. What do you like best about Nutshell? Good integration with our email - we can echo our messages sent through our Gmail / GSuite into Nutshell and we can email from Nutshell through our email servers. Providing visibility for our business anywhere

PROS: Nutshell has provided our business visibility from day one. And thanks to their tagging and their different market features, we are able to track leads more easily. Reporting is very powerful as you can easily filter a ton of criteria to find exactly what you need. CONS: It was unfortunate that they removed the nice auditing feature that they used to have, though I heard it will be brought back soon. I can keep track of the progress of my projects

PROS: I like its simple management of leads. I can easily manage all my projects and keep track of achievements and performance of projects. I can see the progress and fulfillment of tasks and projects. CONS: They could create phone reporting window so I can write down notes while making the conversations. In addition, the links between company and leads are not intuitive, I’d like to see my team’s leads in my personal leads.

What do you like best about Nutshell? Seems to be growing with us, so new things are added all the time. They have great support & are very responsive to requests or questions.
