"The Nutshell is a good CRM system but it has a lot of more potentials compared to its competitors."

What do you like best about Nutshell? It is user friendly and adding the information is easy. What do you dislike about Nutshell? More helpful fatures makeing it more reliable in daily life. Nutshell automatcally adds lead from outlook although they arent. Aslo it doesnt save things, a save button will be better. "Nuts about Nutshell"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is so easy to use. I am new to the sales world and the previous CRM that we were using was so confusing and tedious. I felt like I was not being efficient with my time or able to keep up with notes and updates for my profiles. But with nutshell they make it so easy. "Easy to use and learn"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I love how it's customizable and very easy to use. The customer support is amazing and they are beyond helpful whenever there is an issue, which is usually some user error. I use Nutshell daily and compared to other CRM systems it is much more user-friendly and customizable. They even have training videos and a chat feature to get assistance if needed. "Love Nutshell"

What do you like best about Nutshell? Simple and generally intuitive. Love the mapping. Excellent customer support. What do you dislike about Nutshell? When "cutting & pasting" an address into Nutshell you have to be attentive to making sure the info gets into the correct fields to make sure the map functions correctly. What do you like best about Nutshell? I liked the marketing asepct and price. When I first talked to sales it sounded like it was a good fit. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I was told it was going to be a certain way and when I joined and paid it was far from that. It was much more complex to set up and I felt overwhelmed.
