"User Friendly CRM!"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I looked into a couple different CRM/Marketing softwares for my employer and this one caught my attention right away. I like how user friendly it is. It even has a "Nutshell Intelligence" where it offers information about the company you're adding, saving time adding information in. Customer support is also a huge plus. "Everything I need for a small Business CRM"

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like Nutshell's intuitive interface including searching my database by Company name, Client name, or any variable. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Would be nice to not have email sending limitations on the number of emails sent per day. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows me to Send email campaigns to my clients. But only 300 a day so it takes a coupe weeks to send to my entire dayabase. I wish there was a ...

What do you like best about Nutshell? We've used Nutshell for over ten years and it has a lot of great features for us to keep on top of our workflows. I appreciate the ability to email from the system. What do you dislike about Nutshell? My only complaint is that loading times can be a little slow, but we have thousands of entries for the servers to try to keep up with so I assume that is just because we use Nutshell so much! "I use Nutshell on a daily basis"

What do you like best about Nutshell? It has the capabilities of both a CRM and an EDM platform, allowing me to set up automated pipelines and track individual responses. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The support team takes a long time to respond, leaving users to figure out bugs on their own. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Not needing to use more than one platform for the purposes mentioned above.

"It's been great!"

What do you like best about Nutshell? The best part of Nutshell is the radius tool. It's super helpful in narrowing down contacts to certian locations. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The duplicate feature acts up, and the learning curve is a bit steep for new hires. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Nutshell helps us to target contacts in specific locations rather than contacting our entire list.

What do you like best about Nutshell? It was easy to transfer and add new contacts for Business Development. They've been able to continue their own established process and enhance our own existing outreach. The training video series are also very helpful in setting up and using the services.
