What do you like best about Nutshell? I love the ease of its use the most. We have been using this platform for several years. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Not many downsides I can think of! What do you like best about Nutshell? Simple and generally intuitive. Love the mapping. Excellent customer support. What do you dislike about Nutshell? When "cutting & pasting" an address into Nutshell you have to be attentive to making sure the info gets into the correct fields to make sure the map functions correctly. "Great Way to Track Work Flows"

What do you like best about Nutshell? We've used Nutshell for over ten years and it has a lot of great features for us to keep on top of our workflows. I appreciate the ability to email from the system. What do you dislike about Nutshell? My only complaint is that loading times can be a little slow, but we have thousands of entries for the servers to try to keep up with so I assume that is just because we use Nutshell so much! What do you like best about Nutshell? I like Nutshell's intuitive interface including searching my database by Company name, Client name, or any variable. What do you dislike about Nutshell? Would be nice to not have email sending limitations on the number of emails sent per day. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is a company made of truly empathetic and worried people. They'll be kind to you, try to understand you, and be candid and true. After using other providers like Hubspot, I can tell Nutshell is different. It is easy to set up, easier to use and has a strong customer support. I use it almost every day. "I use Nutshell on a daily basis"

What do you like best about Nutshell? It has the capabilities of both a CRM and an EDM platform, allowing me to set up automated pipelines and track individual responses. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The support team takes a long time to respond, leaving users to figure out bugs on their own. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Not needing to use more than one platform for the purposes mentioned above.

What do you like best about Nutshell? I liked the marketing asepct and price. When I first talked to sales it sounded like it was a good fit. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I was told it was going to be a certain way and when I joined and paid it was far from that. It was much more complex to set up and I felt overwhelmed. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Nothing it did not work for me

What do you like best about Nutshell? The best part of Nutshell is the radius tool. It's super helpful in narrowing down contacts to certian locations. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The duplicate feature acts up, and the learning curve is a bit steep for new hires. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Nutshell helps us to target contacts in specific locations rather than contacting our entire list.

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is user friendly and has great marketing features right out of the box. Customer support is where they win above other CRM's. What do you dislike about Nutshell? As a CRM Ifeel like it is lacking reporting and functionality of larger CRM's. "The Nutshell is a good CRM system but it has a lot of more potentials compared to its competitors."

What do you like best about Nutshell? It is user friendly and adding the information is easy. What do you dislike about Nutshell? More helpful fatures makeing it more reliable in daily life. Nutshell automatcally adds lead from outlook although they arent. Aslo it doesnt save things, a save button will be better.
