"Best CRM there is, easy to set up the way you want it to work for your business."
What do you like best about Nutshell? Great support, you can talk to a human if you have an issue. not just chat or email. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I haven't found anything that I do not like at this time. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps me track my leads in the sales process from start to finish.

"The ease of use is great!"
What do you like best about Nutshell? I like that it's incredibly easy to use, compared to other CRM's I've used before. Tools are easy to find, navigation is seamless and there's basically nothing there that adds clut to the experience. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I think Nutshell has a good opportunity to improve the way analytics are shown for marketing tools. What do you like best about Nutshell? The email follow-up reminders go to the salesperson directly. What do you dislike about Nutshell? By linking to my Outlook, unnecessary contacts have been added when our company only wants to track the incoming prospects/leads from our website. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking the incoming leads turned to wins or losses.

What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell is both simple & powerful. It's simple enough that our sales team actually likes using it and there's no pushback. It's powerful enough that we're able to get valuable insights into what's working, what's not and how to do better. What do you dislike about Nutshell? The mobile app isn't as powerful as we'd like.
