What do you like best about Nutshell? Great support, you can talk to a human if you have an issue. not just chat or email. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I haven't found anything that I do not like at this time. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps me track my leads in the sales process from start to finish.

What do you like best about Nutshell? I like that it's incredibly easy to use, compared to other CRM's I've used before. Tools are easy to find, navigation is seamless and there's basically nothing there that adds clut to the experience. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I think Nutshell has a good opportunity to improve the way analytics are shown for marketing tools. By linking to my Outlook, unnecessary contacts have been added when our company only wants to track the incoming prospects/leads from our website.
