As a recruiter, it is hard to keep track of everything but Nutshell has made it super easy for me.

What do you like best? I like the way I can create different profiles and status for my candidates. I also like the way I can track the schools that I work with. Being able to link my gmail has been fantastic as I just have to take a quick glance at one of my candidte's profiles and know where they are in the job process (with emails and events). What do you like best? I work best with visual tools that allow me to gather all the necessary information at a glance. Working with nutshell is very visual - I'm quite hands on and like to manage the process with a "high touch" - it helps me to understand where all my cdd are and what action needs to be taken next to move them through the pipeline.
