Nutshell is Great for First Time CRM Users
What do you like best? It is easy to use and follow. It's user interface is clean and well organized. What do you dislike? I've had some trouble before creating templates for mass email messages I've wanted to send out to all our customers. I wish it was a little easier to filter and could send more than 100 messages at once. What do you like best? One of the best thing about nutshell is the the ability to simply creat customize pipeline. This has been a usefull tool for my sales department and call center. Don't know what I would do without it!
What do you like best? I love how easy it is to organize my leads. Nutshell gives me the ability to nest all of the information for each lead. What do you dislike? What do you like best? i like integrations with other soft that we use, i like the colors and simpleness of the menu and settings. logical layout. What do you dislike? not so many integrations with ticketing systems. Recommendations to others considering the product: leave integration with zendesk and develop it further. What do you like best? Two features are helping us most in our every day business: The first one is the easy way of sharing emails. One click and it is shared. If you are willing to share all emails with everybody, then you can even save that one click and share them automatically.
