Mostly works for what i need
What do you like best? the app is great. i like that it automatically logs calls and emails. What do you like best? We are using Nutshell for a three-person sales team and it works pretty well. It's nice that you can block off accounts by sales person and control what others can see. What do you dislike? The export process doesn't have as much flexibility for filtering as other programs. The way customer contacts/structure can be managed - contacts can be harvested from multiple sources and their relations managed; with custom fields one can build up very detailed overview of strategic selling targets, their needs, opinions and decision powers.
