What do you like best? Integrations into google mail, scanning cards What do you dislike? Bad support, no one helping us when we had problems. Versatile CRM helps me stay on top of business real time
What do you like best? I find the map feature on the desktop version very helpful for planning my sales rounds as a I can easily filter by customer type and make sure I’m calling on customers in a specific geography, maximizing my time and effort. What do you dislike? I wish the mobile version has a similar map feature (Pipedrive has something like this) for real time use out in the field. I also find the process of adding companies, leads and people to be more cumbersome on the ...

Easy navigation for setting filters would be very beneficial to the A/E. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking activity is much easier.

Great CRM system fit for growing business
What do you like best? As a small and growing business I like that the cost is something we CAN afford. We use the system for all sorts of different applications and is used as the hub of our business. What do you dislike? I do not like how the relationships between the leads and the companies work. For my company it would make much more sense to have a "Lead" in the system until that lead is closed and then converted to a "company". Part of the reason I say that is there is WAY too ...
