Great for our small business!
What do you like best? Customized sales process allows us to better fit our procedures. Global contact list for the company has allowed us to eliminate duplicate or secret lists, keep everyone on the same page easier. Great for checking before meetings with clients so that you can stay knowledgeable about recent proposals or contacts made by other people. What do you dislike? The client/company pages have an area you can view leads for the company. It is too small to view important ...

It's good for small sales org
What do you like best? The thing about Nutshell is that it's fairly easy to use, doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles that get in the way, and is pretty intuitive. We moved from Salesforce, where we were only really using a tenth of its capabilities, to Nutshell, which is much more streamline and easy to understand. I also love the mobile app, it's great when on-the-go or working remotely. What do you dislike? Nutshell is missing a lot of reporting capabilities. The one thing ...

I like nutshell but think it could have better features
What do you like best? It's easy to work with and work in. It seemlisyl intergrates with my systemwide gmail accounts and allows people to quickly enter new infromation. What do you dislike? There are a lot of elements that should seemingly be included but are not. When entering a note or comment on a particular contact AND I call out a team member, it doesn't create a dialogue- I need to still call them out each and every time I respond or leave a comment. that shouldn't be. ...

Love it!
What do you like best? Nutshell is super easy to utilize, and we use it for tracking any tickets which is a huge help! What do you dislike? Only thing I do not like is I wish it was easier to merge accounts. It isn't hard now, but I have to filter just right to merge sometimes. Recommendations to others considering the product: Just do it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The tickets! We just started using it to track ...

Too much repetition. The same information is in too many places and can be confusing
What do you like best? Easy to look up leads and great notification for updates needed and followups with clients What do you dislike? Too many sections that contain the same information. Can all be steamlined into one. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of leads and where we are with them

Good
What do you like best? Navigation seems to be fairly easy. I can typically find what and who I want within a couple of clicks. What do you dislike? Ok, I was recently trying to get a subset of companies, contacts, and emails. Nutshell would not do what I wanted. I actually had to run two separate reports to get the data. The bad part was manually going through the reports to integrate the data. This was a real problem. Recommendations to others considering the product: Solid ...

Comprehensive Tool
What do you like best? Ability to filter certain elements, collect insights. What do you dislike? Challenges with reporting and collecting the information I'm really dialing down to. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great tool, sometimes have to assemble different reports to really get what you're looking for. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking leads, deals, bookings and revenue. Ease of quick ...

Fine for the basics
What do you like best? Good categorisation for clients. I can sort lists easily to find out who is where or when who hasn't been contacted in a while. What do you dislike? There is not much support when it comes to integrating other tools or if you mention something is not working or could be working much better - you just get told to "suggest it in the community forum" to get "votes". It's not a feature I'm suggesting - it's not working. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Have used Nutshell for 3 years now.. we utilize it as our main CRM platform for over 280 clients
What do you like best? Everything is one place - can upload attachments, write notes on account, add tags, and lots of customization. I also like that everything syncs from our gmail accounts so nothing is lost in personal email threads/conversations. What do you dislike? Not everything will show in a birds eye view, only the first 3 documents attached.. first 3 tags listed etc. Not good for contract management or tracking of updated annual pricing. All manual, so if you have a ...

Good CRM system
What do you like best? Nutshell is point-and-click. It doesn't take much training to get a new person up and running on the system. The ability to schedule pickups and assign to a specific person is quite helpful, especially since the alert is sent to their email address. It's also a good system for creating leads for whatever business you're trying to run. What do you dislike? The only thing we don't really like (and this is a bit of a nitpicky issue) is when you're creating a ...
