What do you like best? Ease of seeing overview of recent activity What do you dislike? Overall I don't have much to say negative What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have utilized it for tracking recruits, onboarding and offboarding. It has been useful in maintaining records, notes and scheduling for all of our team so "balls don't get dropped."

What do you like best? This CRM is very affordable for small businesses looking to scale sales ops. It offers a lot of flexibility within their framework.
