Easy to use

What do you like best? The absolute best feature of Nutshell is its simplicity. Without much work, I’ve found Nutshell easy to navigate and customizable to meet the needs of the program I support. I also really appreciate the Google Apps integration which has made it easy to record emails and manage to-do lists. What do you dislike? I’m most comfortable using the web interface. What do you like best? Nutshell is very easy to explain to our staff. We faced alot of resistance because everyone at each of our 8 offices was comfortable just managing their own customer lists. There was zero transparency and it made it impossible to do track customer engagement beyond sifting through any emails that had been sent.
