What do you like best? It is simple for first-time CRM users. You are able to build out your sales process and then make sure that everything is in order before sales are made. What do you like best? Nutshell is very easy to explain to our staff. We faced alot of resistance because everyone at each of our 8 offices was comfortable just managing their own customer lists. There was zero transparency and it made it impossible to do track customer engagement beyond sifting through any emails that had been sent.
