Great platform and would def recommend
What do you like best? Nutshell is great as it provides a complete package for managing leads and contacts and can be fully customized to each team member's work flow. It had insightful reports as well as activity tracking. What do you dislike? Organized and Efficient
What do you like best? I love that Nutshell is so neatly laid out. It is clear to understand and easy to figure out quickly. Not to mention has so many different features to not only keep track of details on each client, but also on how you can connect with them through nutshell. What do you dislike? We call it "Nut Love" because it's so great!
What do you like best? Nutshell is very intuitive and easy to use. It's like the Apple of CRMs. They've thought about the best ways to make the system make sense for your needs. What do you dislike? Sometimes it logs people as leads and as regular contacts. So we have to merge the two different profiles. I've also struggled with emails properly registering. Basic CRM Tool that does the job with no frills!!

Best Workflow and Pipeline Software we have used yet.
What do you like best? We love the option to create our own checklists and pipeline workflow. What do you dislike? We are paying for over 20 users, so it is a bit expensive now. Nutshell is a Phenomenal Sales CRM
What do you like best? I love how easy Nutshell is to use, the UI is very well laid out and is intuitive. It's very easy to add Companies and Contacts to start creating a lead and sales pipeline. I love Nutshell!
What do you like best? It is simple for first-time CRM users. You are able to build out your sales process and then make sure that everything is in order before sales are made. And keeps track of tasks so that no one falls through the cracks. What do you dislike? It does not have the automation more complex users would want. Nutshell far exceeds a simple CRM
What do you like best? Nutshell is very easy to explain to our staff. We faced alot of resistance because everyone at each of our 8 offices was comfortable just managing their own customer lists. There was zero transparency and it made it impossible to do track customer engagement beyond sifting through any emails that had been sent.
