Flexible, cost-effective CRM for a small business

What do you like best? I like the way Nutshell's SaaS model can flex to meet my company's needs, and that we're not shoehorned into prescriptive ways of doing things. Great budget friendly option

What do you like best? It is efficiently designed for users to access key information quickly. In comparison to the mainstream CRM options it is dramatically cheaper. It is easy to train as the design is very intuitive. It is also very easy to setup new users or deactivate users when appropriate. The mobile app is also quite good and works on most phones well. What do you like best? We look at it as a tool with a lot of potential. What drew us to Nutshell as opposed to the other CRMs was the simple look and manipulation as well as how much you could manipulate and the various integrations - like Gmail and Trello, LinkedIn etc What do you dislike? Good CRM for a small SAAS sales team

What do you like best? We have many contacts (hundreds of thousands) to deal with but a relatively small sales team (<10). Nutshell's pricing and flexibility is what we needed. What do you dislike? The reports could be more detailed. Sometimes the main information doesn't stand out enough. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We scaled our sales team from 2 to 10 persons with Nutshell, optimizing our processes along the way.

Messy but detailed

What do you like best? Organising all clients and see the track of the sales process and history before going in to a meeting. The history is very well used that it is saved on a company level if one Key account manager is ending it's employment. What do you dislike? The workflow is a bit messy.
