What do you like best? The first part of moving CRM's is to find one that can export your current data from another CRM and import it quickly and efficiently into the new system. What do you dislike? Got us where we needed to be for a couple years

What do you like best? It was easy to import data, the kanban board for opportunities and map search functionality are excellent. What do you dislike? It was too easy to "mess up" the data mapping when uploading data. Nothing forces you to be consistent in mapping fields, which lead us to duplicate/missing info sometimes. What do you like best? Nutshell is very intuitive! We didn't need a huge CRM, we needed something we could tailor to our needs and Nutshell fit the bill. The customer support has been outstanding as well. A few minutes on the phone with a team member and what you thought was impossible is now part of your daily routine. What do you dislike? Good platform, but at times lags due to the amount of data input my company requires.

What do you like best? Ease of use for admin. Good upgrades to email template options. What do you dislike? Again, the lag of the dashboard processing account information. Its better, but still slow. Nutshell for Tech Services

What do you like best? I like the "edit-ability" of Nutshell ad the user interface is pretty friendly. What do you dislike? I think the activity/event calendar can be expanded on a it. It would be great to be able to schedule activities in a monthly/weekly calendar interface similar to Google Calendar.
