What do you like best? It was easy to import data, the kanban board for opportunities and map search functionality are excellent. What do you dislike? It was too easy to "mess up" the data mapping when uploading data. Nothing forces you to be consistent in mapping fields, which lead us to duplicate/missing info sometimes. What do you like best? Nutshell is very intuitive! We didn't need a huge CRM, we needed something we could tailor to our needs and Nutshell fit the bill. Good platform, but at times lags due to the amount of data input my company requires.

What do you like best? Ease of use for admin. Good upgrades to email template options. What do you dislike? Again, the lag of the dashboard processing account information. Its better, but still slow. Recommendations to others considering the product: Overall good platform. Saves time and keeps everything in order and organized. What problems are you solving with the product?
