Great small business CRM

What do you like best? Easy to use, value for the money, easy to share across offices What do you dislike? Still wish there was a native iPad app (that worked in landscape mode) - understand that we can use browser version Recommendations to others considering the product: Very easy to use, best value for money What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? share CRM data between several remote offices, share contacts, manage sales ...

Admins heart Nutshell!

What do you like best? The filters! The columns! The tags! I can compile any grouping that my heart desires. What do you dislike? Automatically including every dang ol' social media link, with no way to confirm or deny them. And that it will sometimes auto-merge 2 different people's links, based on them having the same name. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can save so much data about our contacts, including past emails. This ...

Deeply invested in Nutshell

What do you like best? The user interface, open API and the integrated calling functionality. What do you dislike? The reporting is limited and clunky. We were sold on the voip calling being inclusive of the package however had to revert due to the high expenses Nutshell were incurring on their side to maintain our call volumes as SA costs are materially higher. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you work closely with your sales / account rep to ...

Flexible and Robust CRM software

What do you like best? I like that it is web-based; I can access and enter information via computer or phone. There are numerous reports and information that can be configured and displayed in a usable format. Excellent CRM. What do you dislike? If I had to pick one out, it would be that it is not specific to our industry. That said, it still offer the ability to document and retrieve all the information we need. Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely ...

Great, easy to use CRM with fast and easy start-up

What do you like best? As a web-based CRM, Nutshell perfectly balances having enough functionality without becoming a chore to setup and maintain. Having transitioned from a legacy CRM (Goldmine), Nutshell checked all the boxes as it pertains to a modern CRM, including multiple user access, mobile app (iOS and Android) and cross-platform (PC or Mac) support. What do you dislike? The integration with my Google Calendar is great, but every now and then, I'll end up with duplicate ...

Good simple program

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use Nutshell. And how easy it is to find the answers to things I don't know via their tutorials. Their customer service is also top notch. What do you dislike? We haven't delved too deep into functionality yet, I guess I'd be interested in how well the reports do but we are tracking such a small client base right now that I don't know if we are utilizing it in a way to find the holes. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Great CRM for mid-size company

What do you like best? Being able to access from anywhere is convenient. What do you dislike? The mobile app doesn't provide as much functionality as what is needed for my sales team that spend a lot of time on the road. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're able to track leads, sales stats and segregate our prospects by source and industry.

Good for light users, insufficient for heavy users

What do you like best? simple to understand, simple to use. It was very easy and quick for our team, to pick it up. What do you dislike? for heavy users like myself who requires integration with other Apps or databases, there's not a lot of options Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are looking for simple CRM for a sales-focused team, yes, this should be a good product. In our case, we were a multi-stakeholder team, and it lacked power What problems ...

Very Clumsy, too oriented around Apple and Google

What do you like best? I do appreciate the scheduled activities feature within the program. What do you dislike? Business Card Scanner does not work. Reached out to customer support and received ZERO support on the matter. I don't care for the lack of sync with MS Outlook Exchange. The BCC to capture emails reminds me of when I had a Commodore 64. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are a company married around MS Exchange for your email and ...
