Great Software for all of my sales needs.

What do you like best? I would have to say the format and how it is so user-friendly. So easy to use even the guys in the office that can barely use a smartphone can use Nutshell. What do you dislike? I would like to have more detailed filters available. Also, from time to time I will find notes on a lead that have nothing to do with that lead or any companies on it. Usually, they will disappear within 24 hours but it can be confusing when you are trying to do several things at once ...
