Text support dysfunctional for sole Proprietors

What do you like best? Fairly good appearance. It seems to be built with small business in mind. What do you dislike? Tech support did not do its job. Follow Through was very poor. Over-promised and under-delivered. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try Bigin by Zoho, Bitrix 24, etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The tech support was so poor that I was unable to truly test out its functionality.

What do you like best? This CRM provides great features for the team to stay focused and provide surface-level details on where to improve. What do you dislike? One of the main frustrations is the update schedule they seem to have. More often than not the system is completely unusable the last day of the month as updates roll out.
